Mindful Movement Program
I created the #mindfulmovement program as a way to help busy people incorporate effective workouts into their daily lives. They are short (20-30 min), require minimal equipment, and help you build strength, and discipline and improve your overall body composition.
Why mindful movement?
The one thing I feel lacks in the western medicine approach to health is the importance of mindfulness. While going through my own personal growth and development journey. Specifically, after having my first child, I learnt to prioritize mindfulness in all aspects of my life.
What does this mean?
I approach exercise mindfully- without strict rules or expectations
I approach my relationship with my patients or clients mindfully (being sensitive to their unique histories). I approach parenting mindfully - without pressure or excessive expectations. I approach my meditation practice mindfully- with an open heart and an intentional approach.
