Doctor Rosi works with people who have a strained relationship with food or exercise, who lead a busy lifestyle and cannot find the time to 'fit in' wellness into their schedule. She helps people recognize their power and own it, while creating lasting habits.
My Story
I am a family doctor, mom of 2 and health coach.
I didn't always lead the healthy and balanced life I lead today. I used to fear carbohydrates, list off every food item I ate, track calories obsessively and only focus on cardiovascular exercise. None of those habits served me. Growing up I had inconsistent advice about food constantly thrown at me. "You eat too much", "You're not eating enough". "Don't finish everything on your plate", "Why don't you eat more..." I tried to follow Weight Watchers for several months when I was only 15 years young and anything but overweight. I Was even encouraged to follow it! After years of experimenting with cooking (I moved out at an early age and had years of practice), and going through extensive medical school training, I have learned to adopt a much more sustainable and healthy approach to nutrition.
My experience as a physician and physical therapy graduate has been the foundation of the knowledge I share through my products & services.
My experience as a mother gives me a unique approach, where I can appreciate what 'busy' truly means. My children are also my greatest inspiration. There is nothing I wish for more in the world than to see them thrive, derive true joy out of life, and enjoy the process of becoming good humans. To me the ultimate form of education is through leading by example. This is what I do daily.
